Vehicle Description
1948 Willys Pickup. It has not been restored in the pure sense
(frame-off restoration). I just made everything work. For example,
it has an electronic distributor, quick release hubs on the front
axle, electric windshield wipers, converted from 6 volt to 12 volt,
etc. It has the original Flat-head 4 cyl engine with single barrel
carburetor, 3-speed manual transmission, hi/low transfer case, new
radiator. Seats have been recovered in vinyl, spray-in bed liner.
The tires are the original 6.00 x 16 bias ply. Have been using it
to go to the dump, go get coffee, go to the hardware store, etc. It
is a conversation piece. Every time its taken out somebody wants to
talk about it. Have had no problems with it since its been fixed
up. It always starts and runs. Please Note The Following **Vehicle
