THE STORY BEHIND THIS '65 CHEVROLET NOVA
A month or so ago,we sold a very High Quality & High Dollar 1938 Chevy Sedan Delivery Resto-Mod to a wonderful gentleman from South Florida who has now become a good friend. This was the third car this gentleman had purchased from us and we jumped at the opportunity to work with him again. Well ... a few weeks ago, he called me again and this time it was about his older brother who also lived in South Florida and wanted to purchase another Hot Rod we had ... and ... wanted to trade his "Blown" '65 Nova Pro-Street in the deal. So ... I love Nova"s (we sold a beautiful '63 with a 454 under the hood) and especially '63 - '65 ... but ... I realized that my South Florida friend had to be in his late 60's or early 70's ... and ... I couldn't believe that his "Older" brother owned such a radical Pro-Street car. ....... THIS IS ONE "BAD" NOVA !!!
Well ... when they arrived, we were thrilled. It was painted a beautiful custom green with incredible graphics and pinstriping. And ... it was labeled as "Poison Ivy" and had a unbelievable "Hot Rod Rat Fink"hand-painted on the trunk ... as well as ... "Poison Ivy" leafs hand-painted on the hood and side roof panels. From it's Electronic Dash to it's beautiful black interior to it's incredible 383 Chromed out Stroker Engine with it's Hugh Polished Blower ..... THIS CAR SCREAMS ********** Q U A L I T Y **********!
