Owned the car since 2005 and put a little over 10K miles on it, including several 250+ mile round trips. Runs and drives well. Receipts dating back to 1998 showing parts and work done. At this point it is estimated to be about a 23 year old paint job (Corvette Maroon Metallic), and was very nicely done. There are some rub marks on the hood and several small scratches that were there when I purchased it. Regardless, it is a very nice paint job that still shines. No signs of previous major body work – no apparent patch panels including the floor and trunk. Stripped and POR 15 the undercarriage and floor pans and installed Dynamat. Solid car. All bumper chrome is in excellent condition. Black Comfortweave upholstery. PHS documentation. There is the beginning of minor rust in the usual places (wheel wells under trim pieces, lower door panel).
Engine is fresh, with less than 2000 miles since rebuild. It has been bored .030 over. Engine has been balanced and rods have been reconditioned. Crankshaft has been polished and nitride for hardness.
Cylinder heads have had a 3 angle valve job with new valve guides installed and new valve springs. Valve train is comp cams.
