This is a 1958 Corvette Hardtop --Convt with the original motor ( VIN J58S108465 ) eng F709CS-290HP HP/Fi minus the injection. Block 3737739 with a 1958 date code. Heads 3748770-- T10 4 sp WB-2782-,3.70- AH6-1 rear end gear. The car now has a 2x4 setup on it but was a Orig. Fuelie car. This is a orig. all black car with a black cove. The car has a ALL New Red interior, dash-carpet-seat covers-door panels. Same owner since 1968 and was last registered in 1978. Since then the car has been driven about 330 miles in the last 2 years. The body is orig. and was removed in 1999-2000 the frame was cleaned and painted. All the fuel lines-brake lines and were replaced. The suspension was gone over and all needed parts were replaced and any paint markings where also added. The motor was rebuilt around 2001 with new pistons-cam-rockers and bearings. The r/s exh manifold has No hole in it---- Fuelies had no hole also there is the large hole in the firewall and the 2 holes for air cleaner mount on the l/s inner fender as per a fuelie. The car also has a 8000 RPM tach as per 270 and 290 HP cars . The car has a Hardtop with ALL NEW plexi-glass windows and a Convt top frame but no cover. The radio is NEW replacement item. There is alot on new chrome on the car and the S/S is orig to the car. The windshield and door glass is new. It also has a new radiator-water pump- and the wiper motor has been rebuilt,the heater core and temp control valve have also been replaced This is a all Black Lacq car and was a daily driver for 10 years. The car was painted 15 years ago in lacq, the paint and the S/S moldings have some issues but still looks good. The car runs and drives great. Any questions please send me a Email.
