This is a factory built car by the Phillips Motor Car Company, in Pompano Beach Florida, Marketed by Byron R Cooper of Cooper Corvettes Center from 1980 to 1983. This was built on a brand new 1981 Chevy Corvette. When t-tops are removed, its really like a convertible. powered by a peppy 5.7 liter 350 Chevy Corvette V-8, with 350 automatic transmission, air conditioning, power brakes, steering, windows. 6 real chrome wire wheels, dual side mounted spares with covers, Pewter Berlina German Eagle emblems on steering wheel, Twin trumpet horns, Wood grain dash, red interior, tilt & telescopic steering wheel. It has a two piece hood, 22" frame stretch, And styling of the 10 million dollar Mercedes originals.
