Why This Car Is Special
This 1968 Ford Mustang has a great look and a lot of power. It is
an original "J" code 302 Mustang from the factory.
Mechanical
The 302 is topped off with aluminum heads, Edelbrock Performer RPM
intake, Quick Fuel Technologies 4-barrel carburetor, HEI
distributor and aluminum radiator. Full-length ceramic coated
Hooker headers run to dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers give
this Mustang a killer muscle car sound, and the power to back it
up. An automatic transmission puts power through a Ford 8" rear end
and 4-wheel power disc brakes provide the stopping power. Braided
fuel lines with AN fittings and a black dress up kit make the
engine pop in the clean engine compartment and an Optima Red Top
battery provides the cranking power.
Interior
The black Deluxe vinyl interior is in great shape and has been
spruced up with a nice billet aluminum and wood steering wheel. A
Sony AM/FM/Cassette player cranks the tunes through Pioneer
speakers in the package tray. The trunk is very clean and shows
well with a correct plaid trunk mat installed.
Exterior
Beautiful Dark Gray Metallic paint matches 17" Foose wheels nicely
and gives this car a modern muscle car look. Tri-bar halogen
headlights not only look great, but also provide better visibility
for night driving. Another nice upgrade is the rear valance, which
has cutouts for the chrome exhaust tips. Billet cowl covers keep
debris out of the cowl and look very modern and cool.
Conclusion
This Mustang is ready to show and go and needs nothing but a new
owner.
