Vehicle Description
Introduced in 1955, Chevrolet's new 'Task Force' series of trucks
was quite a departure from their existing line of pickups. Smooth,
rounded sheet-metal replaced the old-style fenders, and large,
wrap-around windshield glass offered better visibility and a more
contemporary look.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present for your consideration this
well-built, 1955 Chevrolet Pickup for your consideration. It is
powered by a 350 v8 paired with a 350 automatic transmission with
323 gears. Highlights include electronic ignition conversion, front
disc brakes, aluminum radiator, LOKAR shifter, tonneau cover,
Mojave heater, aluminum intake, Hooker headers, power brakes and
power steering, 4 barrel carburetor, 15 inch wheels with white
letter radial tires, JVC CD player, Sunpro tachometer, aftermarket
turn signals, bucket seats, spare tire and dual exhaust. The wood
in the bed is new, along with the radiator and fuel hoses and the
master cylinder. The truck shows well and handles the road
well.
This truck combines all of the classic style with turn-key engine
that is ready for a cruise. The truck is super easy to drive and is
a head turner wherever it goes.
