Vehicle Description
This 1951 Ford Custom Deluxe Resto-Mod is finished in Pearl Red
over a tan interior. This was a lengthy custom build that took
place from 1999-2005. It's powered by a 239ci 24-stud Flathead V8
engine backed by a C4 automatic transmission. This hot rod is
equipped with dual exhaust, polished Offenhauser heads,
equal-length ceramic-coated headers, Holley 4-barrel carburetor,
Ross forged-aluminum pistons, Mercury crankshaft, custom cam,
Durabond cam bearings, Melling oil pump, stainless-steel valves,
Isky valve spring set and high-performance heads. It is also
equipped with 4-wheel power disc brakes, power rack & pinion
steering, 12" front and 17" rear polished Weld wheels, full custom
frame with tubular A-arm front suspensions, front and rear
coilovers and a polished aluminum fuel tank. The modified body
features a chopped top with slanted B-pillar, frenched headlamps,
taillamps and antenna, shaved emblems and door handles, and
smoothed from and rear chrome bumpers. Inside, a full leather
interior features reclining bucket seats, custom door panels and
console, Mohair headliner, full custom dash with custom-painted
wood-grain graphic, wool carpeting, digital instrumentation,
3-point seatbelts, tilt steering, power windows, power antenna and
door poppers.
