Vehicle Description
1966 Corvette convertible Resto-Mod. This Corvette is the product
of a 1.5-year frame-off restoration and modernization. This car has
classic beauty with all bells and whistles of modern safety and
technology. It is powered by an LS3 8-cylinder engine and 4-speed
automatic transmission. It's finished in a custom silver paint,
accented by Burgundy matte Stinger and a matching interior. The
body was fully sound-deadened and the undercarriage was bed-lined.
The original body and frame, with a state-of-the-art suspension, is
the foundation of the car. The power plant produces 550hp at the
fly wheel and 420hp at the rear wheels. The comfort and safety are
driven by a RideTech adjustable coilover suspension and 14" Baer
6-piston calipers. This car's options were selected with today's
driver in mind. The German leather interior features remote start
and security, 3-point safety belts, hydraulic push-button parking
brake, Italian Waterfall steering wheel, digital climate system and
gauges, Vintage Air, heated seats, blind spot indicators, backup
camera and sensor with night sight, double DIN stereo with a
1000-amp system and a power management system that automatically
turns the lights and radio off. This Resto-Mod Corvette is also
outfitted with all LED lighting, automatic headlights, a polished
stainless-steel tilt column, cruise control, drive-by wire system,
front runner chrome serpentine 6-grove belt system and a custom
exhaust system with four trumpets.
