Vehicle Description
This custom 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible is finished in Candy
Apple Red with a brown Italian leather customized interior. The Bel
Air sits on an Art Morrison chassis and is powered by a 572ci
big-block engine equipped with an electronic fuel injection system
with an Aeromotive fuel pump and baffle system, mated to a 4-speed
automatic transmission. An aluminum dual-pass radiator and
transmission cooler were installed, along with custom headers and a
stainless-steel exhaust system with custom cutouts added. 13"
Wilwood brake rotors and 4-piston calipers put stopping power to
the Schott wheels. Power windows, vent windows and rear quarter
windows were installed, along with a power top. The custom interior
features an Ididit tilt steering column attached to a body color
painted smaller-diameter steering wheel, Vintage Air and Dakota
Digital gauges, and to operate all the electrical features in the
cockpit, a custom American Autowire kit was installed, including a
built-in battery charger and battery cutoff switch. The entire
underside is chromed and powder-coated.
