This frame-off restored 1970 Oldsmobile 442 convertible has all the
original sheet metal and its completely original interior. The
engine, transmission and rear end are matching numbers. It's
powered by a 455/365hp engine and a Turbo 400 automatic
transmission. The rear end is a 12-bolt 3.23 posi-traction from the
factory. This is one of 2,933 convertibles made in 1970. The
original color is Sebring Yellow, which was a special-order color.
It comes loaded with options, including air conditioning, power
steering, brakes, bucket seats with console, deluxe seatbelts,
sport mirrors, Rally gauges, rim blow steering wheel and a Ram Air
induction hood. It's riding on the original-colored 14" SSII rims
and correct Goodyear Polyglas tires.
