Vehicle Description
This 1968 Chevrolet C10 custom pickup has undergone a 15-month
frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration and is now ready to hit the
streets. It is an original short-bed, 2-wheel-drive truck that came
from Montana, and was rust-free before the restoration was started.
It was completely dismantled prior to body and paint work. Almost
everything on this truck is either new or professionally restored.
It is running a brand-new HRC 355ci Chevy engine backed by a
freshly rebuilt 700R4 overdrive automatic transmission and was
completely rewired with a new Painless wiring harness. It has rear
coilovers with independent front suspension and 4-wheel disc
brakes. It received all-new brake lines and fuel lines. Everything
under and on this truck is new. It rides on new Budnik wheels
wrapped in new Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. It was taken down to bare
metal, primed and blocked three times to make it laser-straight and
painted in base coat/clear coat Ford Avalanche Gray and Stone
White. It has been cut and polished for a show finish. The bed is
finished in new oak wood and polished stainless strips. It has
all-new brightwork, including bumpers, mirrors, grille and bezels.
The interior is completely refinished as well. The seat was
completely stripped, blasted and painted. It has new foam and a
high-quality houndstooth upholstery and new carpet. All of the dash
components, knobs and switches are new, as are the dash pad, Ididit
tilt steering column, new vintage gauges and bezel, RetroSound
radio with Bluetooth and Vintage Air.
