Vehicle Description
For 1942 the grill became more massive with wider but fewer bars.
Fog lights were incorporated in the grill area and parking lights
became round, accented by bullet shapes on top of bumper guards,
fenders were more rounded and streamlined. This car one of the rare
models before the war cut production. The Model 63 was their bold
new model with Hydra- Matic auto transmission and 346 V8 engine.
This car enjoys full Classic status by CCCA. Documents prove she
was a California car. A wonderful original survivor that was
repainted, new wide whitewalls and a completely remachined V8
engine. It runs and drives like a dream, clad in two tone green
with new re-chrome and new interior - grey pinstripe wool. Would
make a great caravan touring car. Paint, chrome and interior all
look good contrasted with 4 wide whitewalls. This is a great
dependable smooth driver that still shows well and a value for
Cadillac classic. Youtube video available upon request. Call our
