New to our Benicia showroom is this beautiful 1979 Porsche 911-SC
Targa 2 Door Coupe with fabulous brown exterior paint and a tan
leather interior. You'll find the factory correct 3.0L six-cylinder
engine along with the numbers-matching five speed manual
transmission, and this incredible classic sports car is very nicely
equipped with A/C, power brakes, a premium sound system and alloy
wheels. This classic is in very nice driver quality condition as
well and it is ready to be enjoyed right away.
Lovingly Maintained by Current Owner Since 1999
The current owner of this 1979 Porsche 911-SC Targa Coupe purchased
it back in 1999 from a mechanic friend that had always maintained
this classic at the highest possible levels. In fact, we were
informed that it has been kept indoors virtually its entire life
and never missed a service appointment. It truly shows in the
condition of this almost 100% original classic sports car as well
with only minor blemishes to the exterior paint and body. Likewise,
the interior is super clean throughout with some slight wear/tear
but a great factory-correct look and feel overall.
A light refresh is all that's really required to take this amazing
original classic to a completely different level. It can be enjoyed
immediately though as a high end driver.
Additionally, this 1979 Porsche 911-SC Targa Coupe delivers really
nice performance with quick acceleration and very nice handling. We
were informed that the drivetrain has not been rebuilt over this
one's lifetime. This one is highly original throughout and
everything works correctly.
