EXTERIOR: Looks like a new car still. No damage or rust. Body is
clean and straight. Paint has a glossy finish. It features a
removable hardtop. Once on the car it looks like a factory coupe it
fits so well. It stores on a convenient storage rack when not in
use. The convertible top is black German cloth.
INTERIOR: It practically looks new inside. The light tan is so
classy against the black exterior. Soft genuine leather seats have
multiple power controls, even memory positions and heat. Of course
it also has power windows, mirrors, antenna etc. Everything is
stock, it still has the factory Mercedes-Benz stereo with CD
changer. Has both sets of keys. Never smoked in, the cigarette
lighter and ashtray were never used. It has full instrumentation
including a tachometer, the odometer has 31,416 miles. Unlike years
prior, this has a fully automatic top. One button opens the lid,
latches the top and puts the windows down. There is even a
windscreen that pops up behind your head. When the hardtop is on,
you would never know it's a convertible, no wind noise, heated rear
glass, tan headliner.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The powerplant is a 5.0 liter V-8 producing 302
hp. Motor compartment is still like it left the factory, still very
clean.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Fully carpeted, still looks new. Has CD changer
and first aid kit.
UNDERSIDE: Extra clean. When I looked under this car I thought
"wow"!It looks like it was used on dry days. The assembly line
markings are still very visible. Stainless exhaust system still
looks new. It's not greasy, rusty or even dirty, very
impressive.
