1979 Pontiac Trans Am. Finished in a one year only color, Nocturne
Blue, this car shows very well. This vehicle underwent a complete
nut and bolt frame off restoration in 2007. A detailed photo
documentation was kept during the restoration. Since restoration,
this vehicle has been kept in climate controlled storage and driven
sparingly. A full PHS documentation packet is included with this
car. The PHS docs reveal an impressive list of optional equipment
that was restored like new. Original equipment included Hood Decal,
Custom Air Conditioning, Custom Color Keyed Seat Belts, Cruise
Control, Remote Deck Lid Release, Electric Rear Window Defroster,
Soft Ray Glass, Door Edge Guards, Removable Hatch Roof (T-Tops),
Lamp Group, Dome Reading Lamp, Front and Rear Floor Mats, Roof Drip
Moldings, Power Door Locks, Power Windows, Tilt Steering Wheel,
Control Cycle Windshield Wipers, Custom Trim Group (Velour), and
last but certainly not least.....(WS6) SPECIAL PERFORMANCE PACKAGE.
The ORIGINAL 403 cubic inch engine was restored as well and is
running strong. The engine compartment is detailed nicely and the
hood could be raised proudly at any car show. This car is also
equipped with a FOUR-SPEED TRANSMISSION! The paint is in excellent
condition with no visible flaws or blemishes. The body is very
straight with no visible signs of previous rot or repair. The
underside is very nicely restored as well. It is obvious this car
was taken completely apart at the time of restoration. The
HONEYCOMB wheels have been completely restored and are perfect. The
camel interior is immaculate. There is no visible damage to the
seats, dash, or carpet. Overall this Trans Am is looking very nice
and is an absolute blast to drive. The car runs, drives, and shifts
