THE STORY BEHIND THIS 1968 PLYMOUTH GTX
A few months ago, a gentleman from here in Florida purchased a beautiful 1970 Pontiac GTO from us ... and ... we took this Incredible, Numbers Matching, Low Mile, 1968 Plymouth 440 "Super Commando" GTX in trade.
You see ... he was a older gentleman with a small collection ... who ... (because of health issues) was unable to complete the minor items required to finish this restoration. He had already completed a frame off body and drivetrain restoration, including a new paint job and vinyl roof. Additionally, he completely replaced the interior and the headliner. The primary projects he had left were a new dash pad and steering wheel replacement.
