This truck starts; runs and drives beautifully. In 2012 it was sent to Santa Rosa Street Rods who fitted the truck with a brand new GM 355ci Blueprinted Crate Engine with 4-Bolt Main Bearing along with a new 350TH automatic transmission. It has TCI Independent Front-end and Suspension, Power Front Disc Brakes and TCI Power Steering along with TCI Rear Suspension, a 10-Bolt Camaro Rear-end, 4-Barrel Holly carburetor, Electronic Ignition, and a brand new, modern wiring harness. Rides on a new set of 15" steel wheels.
The interior is mostly stock in appearance and has a new Classic Heating/Defrost System, Tilt Steering and Autometer Gauges. The body was good to begin with so not much was needed when going to paint. This is a consumer-level, era-correct dark green with a mix of new and original trim. New oak bed wood was also installed.
This vintage Chevy truck was set up to use as a daily driver and is perfect for this type of use. It's fast, reliable and has excellent handling making it easy to drive.
