This Jaguar is totally original in and out because it has been pampered for 31+ years.
4.2 XK Liter Inline Straight 6 Engine is all original and runs great --- 3 speed automatic transmission is original and also runs great.
The 143,500 miles is exclusively adult Female driven highway miles.
New battery and new Nokia tires. I stopped buying Pirelli Tires.
Interior is perfect, carpets are clean and spot free, leather seats are without flaws, rips, worn areas, etc.
Even the floor mats are clean and spot free. The body, frame, quarter panels, and everything else on this Baby has NO RUST!
Owned by a non-smoker for 31 years!
It has ALWAYS been garaged. It has NEVER been wrecked and it has never stranded me anywhere.
The last series III XJ6 was built in England in May of 1987. It marked the last installation of the Vaunted XK Engine in a production Jaguar considered the last of Company founder Sir William Lyon's cars and today remains a sparkling everyday-drivable collector car.
I have most of my 31 years of maintenance receipts. This Jag is ALL ORIGINAL AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
**INTERESTING FOOTNOTE** JAY LENO'S FIRST "COLLECTOR CAR" WAS A JAGUAR (1954 XK120) WHICH HE STILL OWNS TODAY AS PART OF HIS VAST CAR COLLECTION.
