At Pedigree Motorcars we are always looking for the finest examples
of the cars we carry. On a recent buying trip, we had targeted
looking at this beautiful Corvette. We were stunned by this cars
beauty, originality, overall quality, and color. We did some
research on his history and learned that it had been on display
eight of the famed Lingenfelter collection. It was actually in
their museum representing the end of the C3 production.
Affectionately known as Bullet, this car is presented in Silver
Green Metallic with Silver Green leather. This paint combination is
stunning and is highlighted with turbine style knock off wheels.
It's paint and interior are all original and are spectacular. It's
easy to see why it was chosen to be on display in a prestigious
Corvette collection.
Originally sold in Idaho, it's owner moved Indiana. It's second
owner was the Lingenfelter collection where it was on display since
2014. Over the last decade it had been sparingly used. In 2007
39,194 miles. Since the car had sat for so long, we knew that
extensive service would be needed for it to be both safe and
reliable for daily use once again.
As with all of our cars, this Corvette received a thorough
inspection and service. To get this car ready for sale, we had
performed:
New BF Goodrich 255/60R15 white letter tires
Front and rear brake calipers
Master brake cylinder
Flush brake fluid
New alternator
Alternator belt
New radiator
Oil lube and filter service
Transmission fluid change
Automatic transmission pan gasket and filter kit
New AC compressor, dryer and accumulator
Replace valve cover gasket's
Replace fuel pump and sender
Replace printed circuit and circuitboard for tachometer
Replace anti-rattle door bumps
Replace main air conditioning hose
Replace four stereo speakers
Replace antenna mast
Replace inside door lock knobs
Replace driver side rear view mirror
Replace wiper blades
Replace windshield wiper motor
Install new stereo with Bluetooth audio (original radio
included-not installed)
Install ceramic heat resistant window tint
New front shocks
NEW rear shocks
New Oxygen Sensor
New window seals
New door seals
Wheel horn kit
Replaced ECU computer and prom
As you can tell from the list, not a penny was spared in making
this beautiful Corvette ready to be enjoyed daily. Nearly $7000 was
spent and now the result is a beautiful driving and performing
Corvette. This car does everything it is designed to do. It runs
and drives beautifully, make smooth power, and is a blast to drive.
Both the engine and the air conditioning run cool and after
spending a 90 degree afternoon in the car, it was cool and
comfortable in the cabin.
As expected this Corvette has a clean CarFax which will accompany
the car as well as all of the documentation for the work we
performed. This is a stunning example and we encourage prospective
buyers to personally inspect it.
