This 1923 Ford Roadster is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom.
The Ford Roadster has long been one of the staples in the Street
rod market. This example looks like it was taken straight out of
the 1960's. The paint is slick with a lot of flake as well as some
detailed airbrushing that really extenuates the lines of this
beauty. With the fenders being something not often seen on these
beauty's they add a custom touch to this cool rod. The wheels on
this car look great with the chrome really helping to tie the whole
package together. Sticking between the frame rails is one of the
best engines to come out of Detroit. The small block 305 in this
beast has plenty of power to get this rod down the road. The old
school bug catcher as they were called back then not only looks
cool but helps to direct air down to the Barrel carb. The TH350
transmission complements the engine perfectly with it shifting
through all 3 gears as it should. Mated up to a Ford 8 Inch that
has a great set of highway gears this rod can easily go down the
road at highway speed. The interior of this rod is blacked out with
the vinyl from the bench seat flowing into the black carpet. The
gauges in the dash allow you to monitor the vitals while driving
this custom down the road. The black removable top looks great in
the car but was made to be removed in case you want the full effect
of what a true roadster is. If you are looking for a great rod that
is a blast to drive, you should give this one a double take.
