Vehicle Description
I love this car, the color is awesome and condition is fantastic.
In addition to that it is the right car. Real 138 SS with #s match
motor and colors. Claimed to be a 41,000 mile rust free car. It has
undergone a body off frame restoration.
EXTERIOR: Somebody from California emailed me pictures of this car
for sale, I immediately wanted it. The color is gorgeous and rare,
it stands out from the others. It is the factory born colors, code
H: Mountain Green Poly. The wheels and stance are perfect too. It
has staggered sized polished Torque Thrust ll wheels and
performance tires. 18s in front and 20s in back give it a tough
look. The body is really clean and straight. Doors fit flush with
the body. I stuck a magnet all along the lower part of the car and
it stuck like super glue. There are no bubbles or signs of body
work. The paint is in excellent condition. It has a deep clear coat
finish that's polished out to look wet. Even along the bottom of
the body, it reflects like a mirror. All the chrome was replaced-
bumpers, handles, emblems, mirrors, hood grills. The tail panel
trim, wheel well moldings, rain gutters, grill were replaced.
Stainless trim around the windows were polished. The original
chrome on the vent windows is very nice, a sign of a dry car. The
weatherstrips, window seals have been replaced. The jambs are very
glossy too, replaced sill plates. Bottom of doors have a dry metal
lip. The doors shut nice.

door panels and carpet. The headliner and matching visors were
replaced and it fits tight as a drum. The overhead light works,
mirror looks new. The dash is restored- new plastic chrome bezels,
knobs, horn ring, dash pad etc. A new vintage style Stewart Warner
tachometer sits on the steering column. Down below the dash is a
cluster of gauges to monitor the engines vitals. It has the proper
floor shifter with reverse lockout. Also has reproduction floor
mats. There is an old school Fm converter wired to the original
radio. Glove box compartment is clean and the light even works.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Restored real nice. The heart of it is the
matching # 396-325 horsepower engine. It has been rebuilt and
enhanced to about 400 horsepower. It has a clean coat of Chevy
orange and correct chrome air cleaner and valve covers. Upgraded
with an Edelbrock Performer intake painted orange and a dual feed
Holley carb with electric choke. Everything around the motor is
restored too. The inner fenders and bottom of the hood are smooth
satin black, hood has the insulation pieces. The hoses have been
replaced and there's correct reproduction hose clamps. The battery

alternator, brackets and pulleys all look new. Fan, radiator and
shroud are all proper. New cadium plated brake booster, new master

Rubber mat has been replaced. The jack and spare were cleaned up
and painted, tire is a Wide Oval. It's all mounted properly. Bottom
of the trunk lid and the jamb is glossy. It has the correct decals
and soft weatherstrip.
UNDERSIDE: The chassis was completely cleaned and painted. Front
suspension and steering was completely rebuilt and detailed. Rear
suspension was also restored. It has the optional F-41 package
which includes front and rear sway bars and boxed control arms. The
rear end is a 3.08 12 bolt posi, the car cruises at 75 mph. It has
the correct 1967 Muncie M-21 4-speed, its spotless. The linkage
looks new. Bottom of the motor is spotless, has oversized oil pan,
new starter and fuel pump. All new brake system upgraded to disc at
all 4 wheels. E-brake cables are hooked up. New body bushings,
shocks, exhaust. New 2 inch lowering springs. The floors appear to
be very clean original. The seams, braces, inner rockers are clean.
