This car was hand built by a personal friend of mine Jeff Nowicki.
Jeff has been a designer and professional road racer in everything
GM and for GM. He has taken his road race knowledge and put it to
the use in his Concept Z. This car is so tastefully designed and
built that it puts final touches on that we wish GM did. If you
look at the bottom rocker, it has the details of a $1m TDF Ferrari.
