Vehicle Description
This 1975 Ford F250 Highboy is the real deal and a very clean
Southern California truck. Pretty original truck that has been
repainted. Supposedly a 2 Owner truck with the 2nd Owner owning
since 1997, but we do not have documentation to prove that. It did
spend it's life in California and it shows based on how clean this
truck is. The body is really really nice and we saw no evidence of
any metal repair on it, which isn't a big surprise for a truck from
California. The repaint was done some years ago in the original
colors of Wimbledon White and Dark Blue Metallic. The paint still
looks great with only some minor wear and tear from driving it. It
recently had a new Bed-Liner installed as well. The interior is
excellent and has recently been redone with new carpet, new
recovered bench seat, new dash pad, new weatherstripping and new
windshield. All of the gauges are working and even the original
radio is working.
The engine is a 390 V8 that came out of a 1967 Mustang. (It has the
California Emissions Tag on the door to prove it.) It was recently
rebuilt and it runs excellent. They added an Aluminum Offenhauser
Intake, Edelbrock Carb, Headers with Dual Exhaust. It also has
Power Steering and Power Front Disc Brakes. You will see this truck
has AC, but it is not blowing cold. The transfer case is a Divorced
NP205. This truck runs down the road excellent and is a lot of fun
to drive with the 4 Speed Manual Transmission. We hand pick each
vehicle, drive it, inspect it, and make sure it is ready for you to
enjoy! We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand
and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives.
