Vehicle Description
1955 Chevrolet 3100 pickup with an LS engine and 4l80 automatic
transmission. All restoration on this pickup was done by current
owner. The truck was carefully disassembled and tastefully rebuilt.
The truck came with a solid frame which had been coated, fitted
with a mustang II style front end and full four-link suspension in
the rear. Added disc brake all the way around and a bigger brake
booster compared to what came with the truck. A tilt style steering
column from Flaming River was installed to complete the modernized
experience planned for this truck. The power for this truck comes
from the LS3 motor under the hood. It comes with an upgraded cam,
Holley sniper forged intake, a larger capacity radiator, and
electronic fans. The motor has been pair with a 4l80e transmission
and taller shifter for easier driver access. The fuel tank has been
relocated to the bed of the truck with a cut out in the bed mat
protecting the solid bed underneath. The exterior paint is great
driver quality for any daily driver. The truck has even been
awarded best in its class at a recent show. The wheels are american
racing rims with clean white wall tires. All five windows are in
excellent condition and roll up and down great. The interior
features soft calf skin leather on the doors and head liner. New
carpet and sportier style seats keep the driver very comfortable.
The cab is kept cold by a vintage air a/c unit mounted under the
dash and music can still be enjoyed with a Bluetooth head unit. The
gauge cluster has been upgraded to a dakota digital dash with
matching blue led's to match the rest of the truck. Clean title.
