39,284 actual documented miles! Only 3,000 miles on upgraded 421 hp
motor, turbo trans and posi rear. Very original car with upgraded
performance driveline. Miles are verified with registrations,
inspections, maintenance receipts. This car also has it's complete
glovebox pouch with manual, protect-o-plate, accessory booklet etc.
We also have original build sheet, window sticker, inspection
sheet, bill of sale and more!
EXTERIOR: Refinished 1 time in it's original mist blue color. The
metal flake is laid out evenly and has a deep glossy clearcoat.
Body is nice, driver's side had a full 1/4 panel replaced at
factory seams. Front and rear bumpers have optional bumper gaurds,
it has all been rechromed. The trim, moldings, grill are very good
original. Vent window frames are clean, door mirror is the original
with the bowtie. It still has the original dealers nameplate. Nice
original glass including windshield. Upgraded cowl hood and 15 inch
Rally wheels. The wheels have all new trim and BFG tires. We have a
small can of the paint left over with the formula printed on it.
Overall exterior shows really well. You have to look for flaws to
find any.
INTERIOR: All original interior in very nice condition. Only the
carpet has been replaced. The seats had covers on them most of it's
life. The bottom driver fabric has a couple splits, we located the
original fabric and are in the process of replacing. The door
panels, window cranks, dash pad, visors, headliner are all very
nice. The 2 speed shift indicator was updated to 3 speed to match
the upgraded trans. Glovebox light works. Rare factory air
conditioning hangs under the dash. Other options include rear
defog, seatbelts, emergency flashers, e-brake indicator light.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Upgraded with a Yearone crate motor. 350 with
421 hp and 441 lbs of torque. We have the dyno sheet and specs.
Inside it has roller cam, ported Dart heads, flat top pistons. It
also has 750 Quickfuel carb on top of a dual plane intake, HEI
ignition and coated headers. The motor compartment is clean
looking. The metal is satin black. Engine is dressed with chrome
alternator, valve covers and air filter. Has aluminum water pump
and brackets. The a/c system is rebuilt with new components and
upgraded to R134 freon. Fan, shroud and radiator are in good shape.
The master cylinder is upgraded to dual reservoir.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean trunk with a nice gray and white spatter
paint. Has Jack and spare mounted properly. New plaid rubber mat.
The battery has been relocated to the trunk. The jamb and under
trunk lid are painted nice. New weatherstrip and decals.
UNDERSIDE: The trans is upgraded to a Jegs turbo 350 with 2500
street converter. The car was ordered new with a 3.36 posi, it has
just been replaced with an Auburn unit. New drive shaft with safety
loop. There are frame connectors to prevent body twist with the
added performance. There are air shocks in back and new spring
bushings. The front steering components look good. Recent dual
exhaust system. Floors look to be real clean original. Even the
bottom of the 1/4 panels are clean factory metal.
The 66 and 67 Novas are popular cars to hot rod. Handsome with a
small body, they are ideal to drop a hot motor in.
