Vehicle Description
A fine example of a rare survivor. History has it that in 1940 the
Hollywood was built along with the Sharknose. In September 1940 the
Sharknose was dropped and all efforts continued to build the
Hollywood both supercharged and non supercharged. In all a total of
2,859 cars were built in 1940 and they were the last of the line
making the few Hollywoods left on the endangered species list; very
few exist today. This car had 1 repaint a few years ago. Chrome is
beautiful from the distinctive Hollywood grill to the front and
rear bumperettes. Futuristic styled pontoon front fenders, chrome
rear fender guards, torpedo above fender head lights. Body has the
infamous suicide doors. Runs and drives very smooth and strong.
