Attention: Land Cruiser fans: You've just found, quite probably,
the finest BJ60 Land Cruiser on the internet, and indeed, one of
the finest examples available anywhere. Like any boast, that
statement requires proof. Fortunately, this 1985 light-blue
metallic, diesel BJ60 is long on documentation proof for its
stunning reincarnation.
Purchased out of Canada via Michigan by the current owner in 2014,
this legendary vehicle underwent a painstaking four-year
transformation to its impressive current condition. "Better than
new" is no exaggeration whatsoever. Since Land Cruiser owners (and
shoppers) generally are a knowledgeable crowd, one not given to
taking slick advertising claims at face value, here are the facts
to support the superlatives for this example of the legendary Land
Cruiser. Documentation-including many invoices from respected Land
Rover parts suppliers like New Hampshire's CruiserParts.net,
Specter Off-Road, and Cruiser Corps-is available to back up all of
the following.
