For sale is this gorgeous 1975 Ford Maverick is in our Louisville
showroom. This little pony has just the right look and stance.
First off, the big gaudy bumpers have been replaced with a more
tasteful set of 1973 front and rear bumpers. New emblems were also
sourced to give the exterior of this Maverick a nice clean and
crisp look. The original color for this Maverick is Polar White and
has been repainted back to the factory color with the engine bay
being painted to match. More on the engine bay here in a sec! To
get the just right, low in the weeds stance, the Maverick has been
fitted with a Mustang II front suspension. A nice set of American
Racing Torque Thrust polished aluminum wheels have been mounted to
this wild horse. Back to the engine bay! Following the popular Hot
Rod trend of the glory days, this Maverick has been built Ford
Tough with Chevy Stuff. A 350 CID Chevrolet V8 crate engine with
330 horsepower has been mated to 700R4 automatic transmission. The
Chevy power does end up going through a rock-solid Ford 9-inch rear
end. The trunk/floor pans have been dyno-matted to help with noise
vibration and harshness. The underside of this maverick has also
been POR-15 and undercoated. Other goodies include a new fuel tank,
fuel pump, and sending unit. There is only 500 miles on the rebuild
of this Maverick. Inside this Maverick has been kept very simple
with only a few aftermarket gauges to keep tabs on the engine
vitals. The blue vinyl seats and bright blue carpet really bring
out the Polar White. Most everyone has a Mustang but how many
people can brag they have owned or currently own a Maverick? If
