The 5.7-liter fuel-injected LS1 V8 engine is a great power plant.
This original, numbers-matching motor is quick, powerful, and tough
as nails - making it a great setup for upgrades. They spent
thousands $$$$ adding extra power, including CNC ported heads
w/chrome moly pushrods, roller camshaft, upgraded ignition, K&N
cold air intake, performance mass airflow sensor, and a
reprogrammed ECM. Plus, long tube headers and a try-Y cat-back
system add even more power while also giving you extra rumble out
of the exhaust. Best of all, you have complete control over this
enhanced motor and its thunderous soundtrack thanks to the
six-speed manual transmission with B&M short-throw shifter. The
fully independent sports suspension is heightened even further by
adjustable coilovers and a full Hotchkis upgrade, including sway
bars front & rear. The final piece to this enhanced power and
control package are drilled & slotted four-wheel disc brakes with
new Hankook performance tires at each wheel.
