Cool Classic Rides ODL # DA8690 is very proud to offer for sale, a
very rare and absolutely beautiful 1965 American Motors Rambler
Classic 770 Convertible. This stunning rag top came to us in 100%
original condition, with its original black exterior and white
interior and top. We were told by previous owner that this great
AMC classic is showing 59,000 original miles. (Unable to verify) We
took her back to her original color, Raven Black, and had all new
white interior put in, along with new carpet, and a new top. I
can't begin to tell you just how cool this car looks in person.
This 1965 Classic 770 is so very cool, and so very classy. The 100%
original dash is in amazingly excellent condition, all the chrome
looks very nice (and there is so much of it) this beauty is also
powered by the original, un-touched American Motors 327 V8 engine.
These are extremely rare motors, and almost impossible to find in
original condition, right down to the AMC water reservoir bag. This
engine has not been repainted, and it looks amazing. The color
combination on this classy chassis, is also very rare, and "Oh so
cool". Every detail of this car is nice, the body was 100% straight
when we got it, the interior is all new, and flawless, and the dash
and original steering wheel is excellent. The 1965 American Motors
Rambler Classic 770 is a very rare car indeed. You add to that the
fact that it is a black and white convertible, and you have a great
investment car, that is ready to take to any cruise inn or local
car show. The power top works great and she drives perfectly down
the road. The AMC Rambler Classics were a very popular car in the
early to mid-1960s. The Chevy Chevelle was actually designed to try
to fight off the growing popularity on the AMC Rambler 770. In 1965
The AMC Rambler Classic 770, was the top of the line AMC car, and
the 327 Motor was its large power house, this little jewel will get
up and go. This classic beauty looks like it would be the car the
Rat Pack takes to their show at the Sands Casino in Vegas. This is
one of our favorite convertibles, that we have ever had, and
someone is going to be very lucky to say they own her. This is a
