1930 Model A Roadster, Brookville steel body, reversed and filled firewall, pale blue urethane paint, rumble seat, 17 gallon hand fabricated gas tank behind the seat with vintage Moon spinner cap,Moon gauges and aluminum gauge panel, 55 Ford ignition and light switches, 37 Ford park brake chromed,41 Plymouth tail lights rechromed, hand fabricated aluminum column drop, blue and pearl white vinyl tuck and roll upholstery, 53 Ford steering column and wheel, not visible in pictures is a beautiful mother of pearl finish on the steering wheel, windshield posts chopped 2 inches and subtly laid back 3/4 inch, top bar removed from windshield frame, all parts attached to body are in threaded inserts, frame custom fabricated from 5 inch cross section tubing with correct taper in the front, pinched in at rear and a beautifully crafted kick up over the rear axle, 40 Ford banjo rear with 3:25 gears, converted to open drive, dropped, drilled, chrome front I beam with 40 Ford drums all around and dual master cylinder, OEM style chrome reverse with Hurst pie crust recap slicks on rear and Hurst super cushion fronts, Deuce filled shell with aluminum radiator, chromed fan shroud hand fabricated reminicent of 50's GM cars, era correct fillister head slot drive screws and fabric wire loom and other small parts were sourced and used, 1958 Oldsmobile 371 rebuilt with all the usual parts, vintage Edelbrock staggered four intake with four 97's and hand fabricated progressive linkage with chromed brackets, hand fabricated lake pipes, full duals to rear with Smithys, original Olds fan shortened and chromed with original fan pulley chromed, original Delco generator chromed, headlights are King Bee's with a hole punched in rear and Model A ferrules installed to allow original conduit to be used, head light stands are joined with a hand rolled stainless bar, T5 5 speed with S10 tailhousing for forward shifter, starter relocated to right side, and many more details too numerous to list. When this car was designed it was set in the year 1958, in the general area of Hollywood California, at a time when hot rods were evolving from race cars only to a combination of show car/ race car. Efforts were made to extensively use actual parts from the era, with limited use of modern parts only for sake of reliability and safety. This car currently has 9500 miles accumulated and has some very minor wear that comes as part of enjoying a car like this. A few small marks in the paint, grease on the underside from the u-joints, that sort of thing. This car is located in Ontario Canada directly across the river from Port Huron Michigan.
