EXTERIOR: It certainly has that tough look that gets noticed. The
motor sticks through the hood with big polished air scoop, the
exhaust exits right through the 1/4 panels and of course the rear
tires about as wide as a Mack truck. High gloss red finish on a
straight body. Jambs are slick with new weatherstrips. Lift off
hood and bumpers are weight saving fiberglass. Polished Weld wheels
with Mickey Thompson tires. Has battery cut off switch in back.
INTERIOR: Has a full roll cage painted gloss red. 2 racing bucket
seats with racing harness. Has a custom wheel on polished tilt
column. Full set of Pro Comp gauges and Hurst ratchet shifter. The
door panels are tweed with raised patterns. Fully carpeted
including rear compartment.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Has a built 350 motor with polished Dyers
blower and dual chromed Holley carbs. The bay is gloss red, has
chrome alternator. There are support bars from the firewall to the
chassis. The motor runs cool with the help of an aluminum water
pump, radiator and dual electric fans.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Has fiberglass lift off trunk. There is a
plastic fuel cell and the battery is mounted in a plastic shell.
The trunk is carpeted.
UNDERSIDE: Full custom chassis and floors. There is absolutely
nothing under this car from a 62 Nova. The frame is custom built-
up front is round tubular painted red gloss, firewall back is
square tube painted gloss black. The floors are completely
constructed from scratch using aluminum, all professionally done.
Upfront it has a Heidts front end with chrome tubular control arms,
coil over adjustable gas shocks, chrome sway bar, rack & pinion
power steering, disc brakes with polished components. Bottom of the
motor still looks new. Has oversized oil pan high torque starter.
The trans is a performance built turbo 400 with finned aluminum
pan, new driveshaft. In back it has a narrowed 9 inch with 4 link
suspension, panhard bar coil over gas shocks and disc brakes. The
body has been tubbed to accommodate monster size tires. There is an
electric fuel pump with braided fuel lines. Custom 3 inch powder
coated exhaust with X pipe and stainless mufflers. Underneath this
car had a fortune spent and it still looks new.
This is one tough muscle car. Ready to rumble. It was used for
going to cruise nights, not raced. The cost to build would be
double what we are asking!
