The Oldsmobile Cutlass was a marque of automobiles produced by
General Motors' Oldsmobile division between 1961 and 1999. At its
introduction, the Cutlass was Oldsmobile's smallest model; it began
as a unibody compact car, but saw its greatest success as a
body-on-frame intermediate. The Oldsmobile 4-4-2 is a muscle car
produced by Oldsmobile between the 1964 and 1980 model years.
This 3 owner, '65 442 Convertible is in excellent condition and
shows very well. The first owner had the car from 1965-1970 then it
changed hands and the 2nd owner had it until 1998 and then changed
hands one more time until 2018. In 2002 the car was fully restored.
The car was repainted, given a new interior, new top. According to
the owner, the engine and transmission were rebuilt. The bumpers
were also re-chromed. The car spent most of its life in Phoenix,
Arizona. The car is powered by its 400 v8 paired with a turbo 350.
The original 2 speed power glide comes along with the sale of the
car. The car currently rides on Hurst re production wheels, but the
original 14 inch wheels with come with the sale of the car as well.
Other highlights include power brakes, power steering,
AM/FM/Cassette player, center console, shop manual and file of
receipts, spare tire, Grant steering wheel and factory steering
wheel. These cars are unique and this one is nothing short of
beautiful.
