Vehicle Description
This 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer spent most of its life in California
before going to South Carolina and it shows! This is a very clean
and very straight unmolested truck that runs and drives excellent
and has low original miles of 101,580. These are getting harder and
harder to find with good miles in this condition. The body on this
truck is excellent with no visible rust anywhere. The undercarriage
is also very clean and solid. Woodgrain appears original and is in
very good shape. The paint is also very nice and it appears the
hood and above the woodgrain has been repainted because of some
paint fading over the years, but the rest of the paint looks
original. The Dark Metallic Blue is a gorgeous color and not seen
very often. The chrome and stainless is all in great shape!! The
interior is really nice and original and in very very nice
shape.
The engine is the original 360 V8. There is an Aluminum Intake and
Edelbrock Carb that was added and it runs fantastic! The 727
Automatic Transmission shifts smooth and this has the NP229
Transfer Case. Some other new items are the Alternator, Starter,
water Pump, Fuel Pump, and U Joints. This truck has a 2-3 Inch
Spring Lift and new 31 Inch Tires on Original Wheels that were
refinished. This gives it a great look and this Grand wagoneer
drives awesome. We found all lights, blinkers, wipers, radio
working. The only thing that would need attention is the AC being
charged. No disappointments in this rig!!
We hand pick each vehicle, drive it, inspect it, and make sure it
is ready for you to enjoy! We drive what we sell so that we can
give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs
and drives.
