Photos.Chevrolet fought backlash from the 1969 Camaro by unleashing
a whole new design that brought the Camaro back to the top of the
muscle car scene. Described as having a "European Flair" the 1970
Camaro featured almost no brightwork, an extended hood, and sharp
body lines. Other unique design cue included safety door beams in
every model, optional concealed wipers, rearview mirrors glued to
the windshield, radio antennas inside the windshield, and
instrumentation grouped in the dash which was a big move away from
the grouping within the center console of previous models. Overall,
sales were booming. This example still holds the iconic nature of
what Chevrolet created while also being a faster, louder, and
overall more prominent custom hot-rod that is ready for the
road. For more information on this beautiful 1970 Chevrolet Camaro
