1957 CHEVROLET BEL AIR The iconic ever popular 1957 Chevrolet Bel
Air 150/210 post is presented here in original color Sierra Gold
exterior and original style matching interior. Previously
extensively featured in an auto magazine with many photographs and
details. Mechanically upgraded with a GM 350ci engine topped with
an Edelbrock 600cfm 4 bbl carburetor and coupled to a TH400
automatic transmission. An aluminum radiator keeps it cool running.
Power steering and power brakes (dual reservoir) with front disc
and rear drum assure smooth stopping. The chassis features updated
suspension with heavy duty sway bar front and back with rear air
shocks. All chrome, stainless trims, moldings, rubber and glass are
in excellent condition. The entire car is rust free. The interior
with original style covering features original dash, gauges and
clock that continues to work. An auxiliary tachometer keeps an eye
on the rpms. A Retro Sound stereo with amp and IPod input makes for
excellent cruising sounds. The trunk is original in appearance with
floor covering, spare tire, jack and fitted with a fire
extinguisher. The rear continental kit retains the YOM yellow/black
plates and keeping the 1957 look with BF Goodrich Silvertown
Radials with correct steel wheels and hub caps. This Bel Air
cruises down the freeway with no issues and gets around town
