1970 GTO
With just three letters, G, T, and O, Pontiac changed the shape of
the automobile industry forever. A car was no longer an appliance
for going somewhere. Going anywhere was now an adventure.
We are offering a brilliant 2 door hardtop with recent body off
restoration example of a second generation GTO. A Gold Award winner
at the 2018 meeting of GTO Association of America Concurs, this 3
speed automatic example is loaded. Along with a 455 cu. 360 hp V-8,
it has power steering, power brakes, power windows and A/C. It is
painted a classic Granada Gold with a Saddle interior.
Though there is about 72,000 miles on the clock, since its complete
restoration has been driven very little.
1970 has often been thought of as the peak of the "Muscle Car" era.
