Vehicle Description
1981 Pontiac Trans Am
Little did Pontiac know when they created the Trans Am in 1969 they
would be creating one of those cars that would set people's hearts
racing for several decades and the TA outlasted all the other
Muscle cars and was the last hold out of the original Muscle Car
era. Although they admittedly weren't as muscular as their
predecessors, they did appear to kick butt on the other competition
of the day. With a great balance of driving manners and creature
comforts they help to usher in the era of Modern Muscle Cars so
prevalent today. With the disappointing demise of the Pontiac mark
from the GM banner these great looking and fun to drive Trans Ams
are becoming the next generation of highly desirable collector
cars. Don't miss out on your chance to own one before the market
gets so heated up that you will tell your grandkids "I had a chance
to own one of those once, but I balked and walked." This particular
unit is kind of a unique...it is two owner unrestored original car.
If those of you who are old enough and capable of remembering, GM
did not have the best of luck with paint from this era lasting on
the cars. Who expected them to be around nearly 40 years later? So,
with this one still sporting it's original paint and interior not
to mention all the options with the addition of aftermarket power
windows, who'd a thunk? It is reported to be a two owner 23k mile
car that has os unmolested. Find another like this...Please!
