I bought the car this last spring as a summer toy to drive and
autocross. I raced the car in couple autocross events and had a
blast, these cars have great low-end power and handle extremely
well. I currently own a '91 Turbo and have owned several MR2's
throughout the years so I am familiar with these vehicles. Other
projects require my attention so this car needs to go.
It was bought new in Boise, Idaho and has been in Idaho it's whole
life. The previous owner bought this car with a blown head gasket
and replaced the motor with a rebuilt / warranty motor from Import
Engine Supply. He did not provide any paperwork for the engine. He
also replaced the clutch while the motor was out. The car does come
with the original 5SFE motor as well.

This MR2 runs and drives very well. It does have a minor
transmission fluid leak that leaves a couple drops overnight, it
doesn't bother me but a transmission re-seal would fix it. It has
been repainted and the paint does have several chips / scratches
and imperfections, some of which have been touched up. This car
does suffer from the usual MR2 quirks ie. dash pad warping, finicky
window operation, etc. All of the lights and gauges work as well as
the pop-up headlights. The power antenna, horn and cruise control
are no longer working. Feel free to call, text or e-mail me if you
have any questions. Kris @ (208)585-7155
