Believed to be a 3-owner, this Corvette spent over 30 years in the
care of its current owner. Any receipt that was spent on the car
has been kept. He has tire receipts and alignment receipts that
date back to 1987! For a paint job that has over 20-years on it, it
shows extremely well. The paint has your typical road debris type
of flaws that have been touched up here and there. Most of which
have to be put on a lift to be seen. We love cars in this
condition, because a lot like the current owner, it is ready to be
driven and shown off. Having a trailer queen is great, but really
cars like this are some of the most fun cars to drive.
The engine bay is 100% original besides a few minor upgrades like a
new starter, alternator and distributor. According to the owner,
the engine has never been out of the car. The engine fires up
easily and runs well. The transmission shifts very smooth.
The interior is in amazing shape considering it's nearly 50 years
old. There are no tears or rips in the seats, carpet, or door
panels. The dash is original and shows a couple small cracks.
There's nothing for this Corvette to hide behind, this C3 rides
amazing and with the top down and the sound of the V8 rumbling
through the pipes in your ear.
