1964-1/2 Mustang "D" Code 289 4 barrel car that started and spent
most of its life in California (see the license plate pictured).
This car retains its original 289 engine and driveline that was
rebuilt, including the trumpet exhaust, and now has 2000 test
miles, so any minor bugs have been worked through. In addition,
this Mustang has been fully restored including the suspension and a
full new and correct color interior. This is a very high optioned
car with power steering, power brakes (that has been converted to
disc for safety), and is an original AC car that's been converted
to 134 and blows cold. Being a "California" car it has its original
body panels, with new correct color blue paint that is shiny,
smooth, and flawless. If you're looking for a great high optioned
example of the first "pony car" that runs and drives perfect, with
everything working as it should, this is the one for you.
