Vehicle Description
This 1971 Camaro was recently finished in Quicksilver Metallic
paint and is powered by a cast-iron 6.0-liter LS block engine with
an LS2 intake manifold, LS3 injectors flowing approximately 63
lb/hr, and a Corvette camshaft. The engine is also equipped with an
SFI certified vibration damper and ceramic-coated long tube
headers. It is tuned with HP tuners at 550hp and was recently
dyno-tuned at just under 455rwhp and 432 ft/lbs of torque. For
added performance it has a P-1SC ProCharger, and the blower is
currently detuned with a 25% underdrive crank pulley for more
available power. A built 700R4 automatic transmission backs the
engine. The rear end is an 8.5" Z/28 axle with posi-traction, 3.73
gears and an added traction system. The car also has front and rear
sway bars, new front sway bar bushings and links, new lower ball
joints and control-arm bushings, along with a stock front spoiler.
The interior has been redone with new carpet, dash pad, headliner
and center console. The custom front seats have been recovered, and
there is a matching rear seat. This custom Camaro rides on new
American Racing wheels with new tires.
