Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1970 Jeep Jeepster
Commando for your consideration. The Jeepster Commando was built to
compete with the International Scout, Toyota Land Cruiser and the
Ford Bronco. The Commando was produced from 1966 to 1973. The
vehicle offered here is the grandfather of today's jeep. Kaiser was
bought out by AMC in 1970, and the Jeep's popularity skyrocketed
over the years to follow.
This sweet ride is powered by its "Dauntless" v6, paired with an
automatic transmission. The Jeep runs and handles as it should. It
has new front and rear shocks as well. The Sandalwood paint shines
well and is good condition. The black vinyl interior has a few
small rips but remains in great shape overall. Highlights include
power brakes, power steering, center console, 15 inch steel wheels
with factory hubcaps and more. The Jeepster also has new brakes.
The current owner bought the Jeep from the original owner, The Jeep
lived its life in Michigan and was only used on dry days. Don't
miss your opportunity to own this vintage 4x4.
