Vehicle Description
This second-owner-restored 1968 Mustang Fastback upgraded in
Highland Green in the Bullitt theme, has a rebuilt beefed-up
matching-numbers 289ci engine. This car sports a transmission
upgrade to a date-code-correct Toploader 4-speed manual
transmission, along with a Marti Report. It comes equipped with a
high-torque mini starter, 22-gallon gas tank, electronic
high-performance distributor, tuned header 2-1/2" exhaust system,
shock tower brace, padded pillar posts, auxiliary fuse box, Ford HP
engine dress-up kit and a Monte Carlo bar. The optional convenience
light package, factory air conditioning, power disc brakes, power
steering and sport deck fold-down rear seat are just some of the
factory features. It also features power windows, 8,000 rpm in-dash
tachometer, 140-amp alternator, LED dash lights, deluxe door light
panels with speakers, full factory-tinted glass, a gorgeous
console, factory AM/FM radio with 350-watt internals and six

an upgrade to the steering box and converting the lower control
arms to "roller control arms" was necessary, along with changing to
a polyurethane rag joint. Other factory options add to this Bullitt
beauty, including factory window washer, deluxe seatbelts and dual
chrome mirrors. It has a 3.25 posi-traction rear end and
all-original fenders, doors, hood and trunk. This Mustang includes
