This is a 1969 Shelby GT350 2-door convertible in a 1970 chassis. Second Owner is very proud to offer for sale his prized possession which has been garaged kept for the last thirty plus years. Turn the chrome button hood locks and lift the functional vented hood and underneath is a tidy original engine bay with the numbers matching M-Code 351 power plant that defined this model year of Shelby Mustangs. The engine is a 351-4V V-8 GT-350 and the transmission is the rare and very desirable Four-Speed Close Ratio Manual Transmission linked up to the 3.25:1 Traction-Lok Rear Axle. All wheel Windwood disk brake system. BF Goodrich raised letter tires mounted on Shelby five spoke chrome wheels drive this machine. Power exits through two rectangular ports located in the center under the license plate out the back. Exterior color is the very desirable Candyapple Red. Interior is Black Vinyl Hi-Back Bucket Seats and wood steering wheel is in surprisingly great condition. This Shelby is a virtual time capsule being the closest experience to owning a new Shelby GT350 Convertible back in 1970.
