Vehicle Description
1965 Ford Mustang (Dammerman)
1965 was the first full year of production for Ford's innovative
"pony" car. This is a beautiful restoration of what has become an
American icon. The motor was rebuilt by Morgan at Synapse Motor
Sports, estimated 350hp after rebuild.
A deep metallic red makes this coupe visually stunning. The
interior is in black vinyl with bucket seats.
Power comes from Ford's famous small block 289 cu. in. V-8 C-code
engine, with a two barrel carburetor as standard equipment. A small
badge 289 on the front fender designates this as a "289". The
shifter for the automatic transmission is floor mounted and the
steering wheel recessed to give this car a sports car feel.
With the flawless deep red almost maroon paint this first
generation Mustang will stand out in any collection and in any car
show.
Estimate: $18,500-$25,000
