There's something just so special about a straight Chevrolet Nova.
This 1963 Chevrolet Nova is a good example why. Featuring a clean
dark red paint job, bucket seats, 350ci V8 and a 4-speed manual.
This Nova is ready to be enjoyed on the open road.
Sure it's great to have a show car or a trailer queen, but it's
cars like this Chevy Nova that are the lifeblood of our collector
car hobby. The paint job is very well done, but starting to show
some age like a few bubbles at the bottom of the doors and the
chrome trim looks to be original to the car, but all in all it's in
good enough shape that you would be proud to showcase it at your
local cruise in.
Pop open the hood and you'll find a clean and crisp engine bay with
a detailed 350ci V8 Chevrolet small block. The Chevy orange stands
out immediately and the chrome Edelbrock valve covers and air
filters are a nice touch. The engine runs very well and fires up
easy. Bolted to the Chevy small block is a 4-speed manual that
sends power to a 10-bolt rear. These Chevy novas are light enough
that the manual steering and manual brakes are hardly noticeable
behind the wheel.
Inside you'll find a gorgeous black bucket seat interior that is a
great place to log miles from behind. The seat covers are not
showing any tears or scratches in the vinyl. All the gauges appear
to be working as they should. The underside has a few patches on
the floor pan but the frame and structural components are in good
condition.
So if you are looking for a car that you can drive and enjoy or
looking for the next car that you can work to make better as you
drive it. This is it !
