This head turning 1956 Thunderbird is all sorted out and ready for
its next caretaker. In 2011 and 2012 the car was frame on restored.
The brake system was completely rebuilt and new brake lines and
master cylinder were part of the rebuild. The suspension, bushings
and shocks were replaced. The power steering system was completely
refurbished. A new gas tank was installed. The 292 V8 was rebuilt
to original specs and the engine is topped with an original teapot
carb which is something that has been replaced in many early
TBirds. A new wiring harness was also installed. The interior was
redone with new door panels and the seat was reupholstered. The
gauges were rebuilt and the dash lense was restored as well. There
are receipts for the restoration work as well as some pictures.
This T Bird does have a white removeable hardtop. For further
