Ford Coupe for your consideration. Featuring a custom Chromabase
Torch Red paint over an original, all steel body, this 1940 is one
of the nicest ones out there. The exterior is stunning and features
hand painted coachlines and impeccable custom airbrushed flames.
The car sits on color matched steel wheels with Coker steel belted
white wall tires. The list of custom work is extensive and the car
features a rebuilt 1980 Corvette 350cid V8, 1956 rear end, Mustang
2 front suspension, Griffen radiator, Lokar shifter, power rack and
pinion steering wheel, TPI gauges, Chrome valve covers, LeCarra
steering wheel, LED tail lights, rolled front and back pans, 700R4,
front disc brakes, rear drum brakes, Vintage Air A/C and heat, GM
tilt column, power brakes, electric wipers, Magnaflow exhaust, and
custom air cleaner. The interior is extremely clean and features
the original seat recovered in leather and a pearl inlay in the
dash.
This stunning car is a beautiful and professionally built hotrod
that is one of the nicest examples that we have come across. This
1940 Ford has one multiple awards around the country including:
Best in Show, Best Paint, and was hand picked by "Big Daddy" Don
Garlits for display and his personal evern. The car is well sorted
and ready to rock and roll!
